We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to our fulfillment center using Royal Mail Guaranteed Special Delivery. You will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the product is undamaged and the correct item was shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and, if applicable, a restocking fee.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For the fastest way to receive the item you want, return the item you currently have. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with the standard return policy, your item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
